Return Policy

Returns Eligibility

    We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non Returnable Items

    Items marked as final sale or clearance.
    Custom-made or personalized items.
    Altered items.

Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact our info@suitsunlimited.net or call/text us at (505) 883-1060  within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our hours of service are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm Mountain Standard Time.
    Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item(s).

Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@suitsunlimited.net or text us at (505) 883-1060 with photos of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or refund. Our hours of service are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm Mountain Standard Time.
